A book of good deeds between people who know each other.
It’s balanced.
balance
Tap an object and the wheel stops.
Between you and the people around you — is it balanced?
Karmoo is an app about help between people who know each other. No number, no leaderboard. One symbol that shifts its colour as good deeds flow between you.
how it works.
Whoever needs, asks. Whoever can, helps.
Karmoo carries no messages and pulls nobody out of the group chats people already use. It makes a link — and at the end it records that the help happened.
Write a request
What you need, roughly where, and by when. The time estimate only helps someone decide whether they can.
Share the link
To the family group, a neighbour, your friends. Whoever opens it installs nothing and signs up nowhere.

Someone taps “I can”
They leave you a name and a way to reach them. You sort it out wherever you usually talk.
You both confirm
One tap: “Did it happen?” One deed is recorded and the symbol shifts for both of you.
deeds.
Deeds flow both ways.
A deed is a deed — a borrowed hammer counts the same as a weekend at someone’s bedside. What it meant to you, you carry in your head. The system counts deeds, not their price.
No hours, no money. Nothing in the system can be turned into money. Nobody argues whether it was two hours or fifty minutes.
Only the last twelve months count. Your state is about now, not your whole life. Someone who received a lot three years ago isn’t marked by it today.
the goal.
It’s not a contest. It’s a balance.
Karmoo has no leaderboard and no winners. If you only give, your loop is just as open as someone who only receives. The goal is to close it: help, let others help you, and be even with the people around you.
- Blue is not a win.
- Pink is not a debt.
- Balance is the goal.
And Karmoo helps with that. It sends a request first to someone who is receiving more than giving right now, giving them a chance to help back. It pushes no one; it only offers.
what it isn’t.
What Karmoo isn’t.
It isn’t a currency
Karma can’t be sent to anyone, and you can’t get anything for it.
It isn’t fundraising
Nobody sends money anywhere. And it’s not about having the most — it’s about being balanced.
It isn’t a social network
No posts, likes or chat. You talk wherever you already talk.
It isn’t a score
Your state is never shown to anyone as a value. Not to people, not to AI.
Three rules that can’t be broken
Not promised in the terms. Impossible in the database.
- Karma is non-transferable. It can’t be sent, given away or inherited.
- Karma can’t be exchanged. Not for a discount, not for priority, not for a feature in the app.
- Karma creates no entitlement. It never decides who gets help. You can always ask, whatever your state.
where we are.
None of this is built yet.
The concept is being closed now, so that no question is left whose answer would change what gets built. Then we go step by step.
Mirror
Just your own balance. Nobody else, no account.
Circle
Closed circles of people you know. Only those invited get in.
Open network
Public requests and strangers. That’s no longer an app but a company — and the line to it is a leap, not a step.

Since 2018
The idea was born in 2018, and even the first design put infinity between what a person gives and what they get. Today’s Karmoo kept exactly that — and dropped the numbers, the leaderboards and the money.
